Dr. Noor UI Ain Khan

Dr. Noor Ul Ain Khan is a Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration at the University of Chakwal, Pakistan. She holds a PhD in Management Sciences from the University of Central Punjab, with a research focus on Family Firms and Political Connections. Her teaching expertise encompasses Human Resource Management and its various branches, Organizational Behavior, Communication skills and Interpersonal Skills. Dr. Khan has published extensively in HEC-recognized and Scopus-indexed journals and presented her work at numerous national and international conferences.

Beyond academics, she highly values co-curricular engagement and serves as a Member of the Board of Societies at the University of Chakwal. She also serves as the First Contact Person for the Female Harassment Committee, a role that reflects her strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities, as well as her empathetic approach to teaching and mentoring. Dr. Khan is also the Focal Person for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at her university and is actively involved in training initiatives on digital transformation, entrepreneurship, and leadership development.
