Dr. Saqib Rehman is an accomplished scholar and human resource management expert with over two decades of experience spanning academia, research, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Management Sciences at Lahore College for Women University and an HEC-approved PhD Supervisor, he specializes in strategic human resource management, organizational psychology, knowledge management, and leadership development. Dr. Rehman’s research focuses on enhancing employee well-being, engagement, and organizational sustainability through innovative HR practices and technology-driven solutions. His interdisciplinary approach integrates behavioral science with HR analytics to address complex workplace challenges. He has published extensively in high-impact international journals (JCR, Scopus, and Web of Science indexed) and has successfully supervised doctoral and postgraduate research in HRM and organizational behavior. By focusing on human-centered and data-informed HR strategies, his research aims to develop frameworks that enhance employee resilience & inclusivity, knowledge sharing, and innovative behavior, which are critical factors for achieving sustainable competitiveness in modern organizations. His goal is to contribute to the design of scalable, technology-enhanced HR models that promote well-being, equity, psychological sustainability, and organizational adaptability, bridging the gap between academic insight and real-world workforce innovation.
