Nigel Munanzvi

Nigel is a seasoned finance leader with over a decade of hands-on experience in finance and accounting within the FMCG industry. He brings strong expertise in management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, underpinned by a solid track record of driving commercial value through disciplined financial leadership.

Over the years, Nigel has built extensive systems and operational experience, working closely with cross-functional teams across commercial, supply chain, IT, finance, and operations. He is driven by a clear purpose: to enable sustainable growth by aligning financial discipline with commercial strategy, operational excellence, and strong governance.

He currently serves in an executive role at one of Zimbabwe’s largest ZSE‑listed manufacturing entity, where he contributes to strategic direction, capital stewardship, and long‑term value creation.

Nigel holds a firstclass degree in Finance, having graduated top of his class, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMAUK). His executive and management development training has strengthened his people-centric leadership style, combining financial acumen with a deep focus on culture, capability development, and organizational impact.
