NYC Job Fairs connects job seekers with employers and emerging career opportunities throughout the New York City metropolitan area. Through bi-monthly in-person and virtual events, it provides accessible workforce entry points and helps employers engage diverse talent in a changing economy.
Global TIES Alliance (GTA) USA is partnering with NYC Job Fairs by The Creative Side to launch a workforce development initiative for young adults ages 18 to 35 in the New York metropolitan area.
This partnership will expand traditional job fairs into a comprehensive workforce and career advancement program that prepares participants for sustainable employment and long-term economic mobility. The initiative will include employer engagement, career readiness training, mentorship, leadership development, and exposure to entrepreneurship and emerging industries.
A key priority is to increase equitable access for BIPOC communities, who are underrepresented in many high-growth sectors. By offering structured pathways to employment and professional networks, the program aims to close opportunity gaps and promote inclusive workforce participation.
Through partnerships with employers, educational institutions, community organizations, and industry leaders, the initiative will build a strong talent pipeline that supports job seekers and regional economic growth.
